Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on all orders of £50 or more. For orders less than £50 there is a delivery charge of £4.99 for Postage and Packaging.
We aim to dispatch stock orders within 3 - 5 working days and custom orders within 5 - 7 days of processing, or sooner if possible. However, during busy seasonal periods this may take a longer. We will always notify you if there are any delays.
We use MyHermes Tracked Courier Service for all deliveries.

Thank you for shopping at SARAH'S BARN. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our customers have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, please notify us via email or phone with details of your cancellation before the 14 day period has expired. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All items must be in their original condition packaging.
Returned goods must be packaged with sufficient care to ensure that damage does not occur during transit. We will not be held responsible for damage to returned goods caused by insufficient packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
a) the supply of goods that are made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised
b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable
c) alter or damage the goods in a way that they are not suitable for re-sale
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery. In the event of us cancelling an order we will refund all amounts paid by you in respect of that order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We advise that you use a reputable delivery service to return your items. Evidence of delivery/proof of postage must be obtained when returning goods.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
